Tours on the Farm
Public Tours
Enjoy our beautiful lake views while snuggling sheep, goats, & llamas (sheep selfies at no extra charge!). Our new farm overlooks Seneca Lake in Himrod, NY, only an hour’s drive from Rochester and Syracuse and right on the lake’s amazing wine trail.
We host 1-hr public tours to meet our rescued animals at 11am and 2pm throughout the year. Spots must be reserved in advance.
BONUS: For $10/person you can enjoy a wine tasting at Vineyard View Winery at Sweet Farm after your tour.
Public tours ask a donation of $15 per attendee.
Private Tours
Bring your whole squad for a special birthday, show your whole family how sweet cows can be, or maybe you just want to surprise a special someone with the chance to pet a sheep or meet a llama! This unique experience allows for personal time with our rescued farm animals and a more hands-on experience in our vegetable and flower gardens or foraging trails (depending on season and your preferences!).!
Private tours (up to 15 people) are available with a donation of $225.
Book a stay at The Sweet Farmhouse
Spend quality time with family and friends at The Sweet Farmhouse, a charming and spacious two-story Victorian on Western New York's Largest Finger Lake. During this unique stay, explore the world's first nonprofit climate sanctuary, and meet the charming rescued animals that call Sweet Farm their home. Your farm house stay is hosted through for-profit partners, who put a portion of the proceeds toward our nonprofit work.

Farm-hosted Weddings & Events
Sweet Farm would love to be a part of your special day! We also regularly hosts groups at the farm — everything from birthday parties and corporate offsites, to school and volunteer groups. We welcome everyone and can customize the event to meet your needs. We can also host weddings and large group events up to 170 people in our beautiful, lakeview, four-season event space — The Meadows.
